After 15 years inside corporate organisations, the founder of Dialogistic Industries kept arriving at the same diagnosis: the tools were rarely the problem. The architecture was. Teams were handed new software without mapped processes, new systems without documented intent, and new AI capabilities without any framework for governance.
When the AI boom accelerated that pattern, the stakes got higher. Businesses began deploying agents into workflows they had never properly mapped, feeding models context that was inconsistent or just wrong, and measuring success by speed of deployment rather than quality of outcome. The “Turing Trap” set in: AI was treated as a replacement for human judgment rather than an amplifier of it. The results were predictable.
