Straight Talk.
No Fine Print.
We believe the companies you work with should be transparent. Here’s exactly what we collect, why, and what we do (and don’t do) with it.
Your Data, Your Control
Last updated: March 2026
What We Collect
When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect the following information:
- Your name: So we know how to address you.
- Your email address: So we can reply to your inquiry.
- Your message: The content of what you submitted.
- A hashed version of your IP address: Used only to prevent spam and abuse via rate limiting. This is a one-way hash; your original IP address is not stored.
We do not collect browsing data, behavioral data, demographic data, or any information beyond what you explicitly provide via the contact form.
How We Use It
Your contact form data is used for one purpose only: to respond to your inquiry. We will not add you to a mailing list, send you unsolicited communications, or use your information for any marketing purpose without your explicit consent.
No Cookies. No Tracking.
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party behavioral tracking tools. The only client-side storage in use is a single key in localStorage that saves your dark/light mode preference. It contains no personally identifiable information and never leaves your browser.
Third-Party Services
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and spam protection. When you submit the form, Turnstile verifies the submission with Cloudflare’s servers. This is a privacy-first CAPTCHA alternative designed specifically to avoid the invasive profiling of traditional CAPTCHA systems. Please review Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details on how they handle verification data.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, or any other third-party tracking or advertising service.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are received via email and retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your request or maintain a record of our correspondence. Rate-limiting data (the IP hash cache) is automatically purged on a rolling hourly basis and is never used for any purpose other than preventing spam.
We Will Never Sell Your Data
Your personal information is never sold, rented, traded, or shared with any third party for commercial purposes. Full stop.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct any inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your data at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, simply send a request through our contact form. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and honor your request without question.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever make material changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We will not change our practices in ways that are less protective of your data without providing clear notice.
Questions?
If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, we welcome the conversation. Use the contact form and we will get back to you directly.
